Today we'll recreate the digital interesting title style of movie "The Prototype". We will make this simple glitchy word processor title style using only After Effects.
What characterizes this animation is the classic "digital terminal typewriter" of the old computers with the CRT monitors. I will show you how to get this effect with a famous image lounge filter from the old school of motion graphics designs and we'll complete the tutorial with a simple trick for simulating the glitch without using the typical fractal noise.
At the end of this tutorial, you can learn how to draw and animate your own title with Photoshop and After Effects. The actual example of The Prototype movie title is just for training purposes and is not to be used in a final personal project without permission from the original creators.
