In this tutorial I will show you how to create lines connected to 3D points using the Beam plug-in inside of After Effects. We start with tracking a shot inside AE using Cameratracker. Then we export that data to Cinema 4d to create 3D text. After that, we move back into AE where we composite our 3D text into our tracked footage and use expressions with Beam to create lines in 3D space.
