Aetuts+ joins Psdtuts+, Vectortuts+, Audiotuts+ and Nettuts+ as Envato’s newest tuts+ site. It’s all about quality tutorials for Adobe After Effects. Whether you want to learn how to create breathtaking special effects, vibrant motion graphics or cinematic footage, we’ll be publishing plenty of tutorials to suit your needs! Keep reading to learn a little bit more about Aetuts+’s new editor and what we’ll be offering on the site.
Unlike the other tuts+ sites, Aetuts+ will offer mainly high-definition screencast tutorials. This will allow you to clearly see the After Effects interface and view the tutorial final products in motion as they're created. In most weeks we'll be publishing 2 - 3 high quality tutorials, so make sure to subscribe to the Aetuts+ RSS feed so you don't miss a thing.
In our first tutorial, Aetuts+'s first editor Lloyd Alvarez shows you how to create a cinematic opening title effect.
If you think you have the skills to create a screencast or text and image tutorial for Aetuts+, it's easy to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and pitch your idea. We're hungry for user contributions and pay $150 USD for an accepted tutorial.
Meet the editor, Adam Everett Miller
