Inception V1

Continuing our Aetuts+ Hollywood Movie Title Series, today’s tutorial will explain how to make the “Inception” flying logo style, using Cinema 4D 11.5 and After Effects. In Cinema, we’ll be modeling a maze logo, then using Mograph module (Cinema 4D 11.5 v.), we add the buildings inside of the labyrinth scene. We’ll follow in After Effects putting together the final composition.


Inception V2

In this tutorial we’ll explain how to make the “Inception V2″ flying logo style, using Cinema 4D v12 and After Effects. First, we’ll be modeling a logo fracture with Mograph. Then we’ll follow in After Effects compositing everything together with effects. Tron: Evolution

Then in After Effects, by using presets and expressions, we’ll insert sparks, explosions, dust, fire and much more.


Back To The Future

In this tutorial we will create the title of one of my favorite movie series, Back to the Future! This title will be created entirely using native After Effects plugins and with a little help using Photoshop 3D we’ll animate a 3D model of a DeLorean and composite them together.


Transformers: Dark Of The Moon

Today’s tutorial will explain how to make the “TRANSFORMERS 3” flying logo style. We will start with the modeling and animation technique of the letters in Cinema 4d. Then proceed with camera movement and the construction of the interior of the “O” letter, with a hi-tech coating. We will complete with the compositing in After Effects.


Harry Potter V2 (The Deathly Hollows)

We created a Harry Potter title tutorial 2 years ago, but in today’s tutorial we’re going to step it up a notch by emulating the style of the last movie. Using Cinema 4d, we’ll model the beveled text and do animation of the logo and lightning elements. Then in After Effects, we’ll complete our project with clouds, audio, and final compositing. In this tutorial we are going to make a distortion effect, similar to the intro titles in ‘Gamer’. We start of by creating a stylized text in Photoshop, and making some cool distortions with Photoshop filters. After that we go into After Effects to animate the photoshop layers into a sequence, and stylize the sequence to make it look even cooler.
